About the role

As a Functional Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves ensuring that business processes are accurately reflected in system functionalities. This role requires close interaction with various stakeholders to validate workflows and confirm that the implemented solutions align with operational requirements. The position demands continuous attention to detail and collaboration to maintain the integrity and effectiveness of the system in supporting business objectives.

Work Set Up

• Shift Schedule: 8am -5pm
• Hybrid - 2x a week in office

Key responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform
• Responsible for team decisions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure clarity and alignment

• Monitor project progress and assist in resolving any functional issues that arise

• Strong understanding of sales order processing and related business workflows
• Experience in analyzing and validating business requirements to ensure system alignment
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within the sales order management domain
• Familiarity with integration points between sales and other business modules
