What we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT (Transportation Management System) Functional Consultant to join our team in Manila. This role focuses on SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud and requires expertise in transportation and logistics processes to help clients optimise their supply chain operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy SAP S/4 HANA TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for transportation and logistics processes.

Configure and implement SAP S/4 HANA TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT modules in a Public Cloud environment to improve transportation planning, execution, and freight settlement.

Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to streamline transportation management and optimise logistics .

Develop and execute test scripts, perform unit testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Provide functional expertise during system integration and data migration activities.

Deliver end-user training and create comprehensive documentation, including process flows and user guides.

Support post-go-live activities, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure adherence to SAP Best Practices and Public Cloud standards.

Collaborate with other SAP module consultants to deliver integrated solutions across the enterprise.

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology , Engineering, Business, or a related field.

SAP Certification in S/4 HANA TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT or related modules.

3+ years of experience as an SAP TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT Functional Consultant, with at least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4 HANA implementation in a Public Cloud environment.

Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT processes, including transportation planning, carrier selection , freight tendering, and freight cost management.

Familiarity with integration points between SAP TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT and SAP EWM, MM, SD, and FICO modules.

Experience with SAP Best Practices, Activate Methodology, and Fiori applications.

Understanding of Public Cloud-specific functionalities and constraints.

Proven ability to configure SAP TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT to meet business requirements effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

Willingness to work on-site in Makati, Manila, 3 days per week.
