Job summary

DXC Technology seeks an experienced SAP Solution Architect for hybrid work at Manila IPC McKinley Hill, Taguig City. You will lead end-to-end SAP architecture for S/4HANA transformations and AMS opportunities, guiding design, governance, and stakeholder engagement across SAP and non-SAP ecosystems.

You will mentor teams, drive architectural standards, and contribute to proposals, delivery governance, and risk management in large-scale SAP programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• MBA (preferred) for strategic roles.
• 12–18 years of IT experience with 8–10 years SAP consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP solution architecture for S/4HANA transformations and AMS opportunities.
• Define target architecture, application landscape, integrations, and technology roadmap.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP best-practice processes.
• Design scalable and secure solutions across SAP and non-SAP ecosystems.
• Review and approve functional and technical design documents.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives and requirements.
• Lead architecture streams for SAP S/4HANA Greenfield and Brownfield programs.
• Support presales with RFP/RFQ responses and solution estimation.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

Lead end-to-end SAP solution architecture for S/4HANA transformation and AMS opportunities.

Define target architecture, application landscape, integrations, and technology roadmap.

Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP best practice processes.

Design scalable and secure solutions across SAP and non-SAP ecosystems.

Ensure alignment with SAP Activate methodology and enterprise architecture principles.

Review and approve functional and technical design documents.

Business & Client Engagement

Engage with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and requirements.

Facilitate discovery workshops and solution design sessions.

Present solution approaches, architecture roadmaps, and transformation strategies to customer leadership.

Act as a trusted advisor for SAP modernization initiatives.

SAP Transformation Programs

Lead architecture streams for:

• SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementations
• Brownfield/System Conversions
• Selective Data Transitions
• RISE with SAP Programs
• SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Adoption
• SAP AMS Transformation Initiatives

Establish transition and migration strategies.

Presales & Solutioning Support

RFP, RFQ, and proposal responses.

Develop effort estimates, solution assumptions, and delivery models.

Work with commercial teams on sizing, pricing, and resource planning.

Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and solution frameworks.

Governance & Quality Assurance

Lead architecture governance reviews.

Ensure compliance with standards, security, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Provide architecture oversight throughout project lifecycle.

Leadership & Mentoring

Mentor functional consultants, technical architects, and solution leads.

Guide cross-functional teams across SAP modules.

Promote innovation and adoption of emerging SAP capabilities.

Qualifications

SAP Expertise: Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA architecture and digital transformation programs.

Exposure to multiple SAP functional domains: Finance (FI/CO) Supply Chain (MM, SD, PP, EWM) Procurement (Ariba) HR/HCM Asset Management (PM) Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Understanding of SAP Integration Suite and API-led architecture.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. MBA preferred.
