Job summary

Encora Management Services Philippines Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to own the integration workstream with Oracle Fusion and SAP SuccessFactors. You will coordinate requirements, design, testing, risk management and reporting to project leadership.

You will lead sessions with vendor and internal teams, secure sign‑offs, maintain RAID and ensure milestones align with the master go‑live date, while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the delivery lifecycle.

About the role

This role owns the integration workstream, serving as the single point of coordination between the vendor and internal Oracle Fusion / SuccessFactors technical teams. You will build and maintain the integration plan, lead technical requirements facilitation, drive design ownership, coordinate testing, manage risks and issues, and provide regular status reporting to project leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integration workstream plan — requirements, design, build, testing, and cutover — as part of the overall project plan, tracking milestones and dependencies against the master go-live date

• Lead working sessions with vendor technical staff, the Oracle Fusion team, and the SAP SuccessFactors team to elicit and finalize integration requirements — data flows, field mapping, frequency, error handling, and SSO where applicable

• Drive the integration design from draft to final, chase open technical questions to closure, document assumptions and constraints, and secure formal sign-off from Oracle Fusion, SuccessFactors, and vendor system owners before build starts

• Be the single point of coordination between the vendor and internal Oracle Fusion / SuccessFactors technical owners, resolving scheduling conflicts and keeping all sides moving on the same timeline

• Plan and coordinate integration testing (unit, system, UAT) across the vendor and internal system teams, tracking defects tied to integration and driving them to resolution

• Identify and escalation integration-specific risks — data mapping gaps, sign-off delays, conflicting change windows on Oracle Fusion or SuccessFactors — with mitigation options, to the Project Manager and Steering Committee

• Provide regular status updates on the integration workstream — progress, blockers, decisions needed — as input to overall project reporting and SteerCo materials

• Maintain RAID log, meeting cadence, and documentation for the integration workstream in line with AP Tech PDF standards

About you

• 3–6 years of project management experience, including exposure to system integration or IT implementation projects

• Direct experience on an ERP (e.g., Oracle Fusion) or HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) integration project is a strong plus

• Working understanding of integration concepts — APIs, middleware, data mapping, batch vs. real-time sync, SSO/SAML — sufficient to run technical discussions and hold vendor and internal teams accountable to a design

• Demonstrated ability to run structured technical workshops with multiple stakeholders and drive them to a decision or sign-off

• Comfortable coordinating across vendor and internal enterprise-system teams (Finance systems, HRIS), including managing competing priorities and schedules

• Prior exposure to Power Generation, Distribution, or Utilities, or other regulated/publicly listed environments, is an advantage but not required
