Job summary

SoftwareOne in the Philippines seeks a Project Manager - SAP Services to lead customer-facing SAP engagements from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes and high customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with customers, consultants, solution architects, and vendors, manage governance, risk, and finances, and apply Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methods to drive successful transformations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-facing professional services, SAP, cloud, infrastructure, or technology transformation projects.
• Strong governance skills: planning, risk management, issue management, reporting, stakeholder communications.
• Experience managing project financials: budgeting, forecasting, governance, and change management.
• Proven ability to balance customer satisfaction, commercial objectives, quality standards, and delivery outcomes.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methods.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP services projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, governance, deliverables, success criteria, and responsibilities with customers and delivery teams.
• Develop and manage plans, schedules, resources, budgets, forecasts and milestones.
• Maintain governance through forecasting, billing oversight, and profitability tracking.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and change requests with proactive mitigation.

As a Project Manager - SAP Services, you will be responsible for managing SAP professional services engagements from initiation through to successful completion. Working closely with customers, consultants, solution architects, vendors, and internal stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations while maintaining strong commercial performance and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end delivery of SAP professional services projects from project initiation through successful closure.
• Defining project scope, governance, deliverables, success criteria, and stakeholder responsibilities in collaboration with customers and delivery teams.
• Developing and managing project plans, schedules, resource allocation, budgets, forecasts, and project milestones.
• Maintaining strong commercial governance through forecasting, budget management, billing oversight, change management, and project profitability tracking.
• Managing project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and change requests while driving proactive mitigation strategies.
• Building trusted customer relationships through effective communication, project governance, status reporting, executive engagement, and stakeholder management.

What we need to see from you
