Job summary

All About People Consulting in the Philippines seeks a seasoned SAP Business One Consultant to lead and/or support end-to-end SAP Business One implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support.

You will analyze processes, gather requirements, configure SAP B1, and support modules including Finance, Sales, Inventory, Procurement and Operations, while coordinating with SAP partners to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in SAP Business One implementation.
• Proven experience handling end-to-end SAP Business One implementation projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of core business processes, particularly: Finance, Sales, Inventory, Procurement, Operations.
• Experience in SAP Business One configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and user support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business users.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or support SAP Business One implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for system improvement and automation.
• Gather and document business and system requirements from different departments.
• Configure and optimize SAP Business One based on business requirements.
• Support SAP Business One modules and processes covering: Finance and Accounting, Sales and Customer Management, Purchasing and Procurement, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Operations.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, data validation, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare system documentation, process flows, user guides, and training materials.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing technical and functional support.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with SAP partners or developers when necessary.
• Monitor system performance, data integrity, and integration issues.
• Assist in report development and system customization.
• Evaluate existing workflows and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and maintenance.
• Ensure proper implementation of controls, workflows, and approval processes within SAP Business One.
• Work closely with management and business users to ensure that SAP solutions align with organizational objectives.

• Experience in system migration and data cleansing.

• Experience working with SAP implementation partners or consultants.
