Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking SAP professionals to join our Cebu team in both functional and technical domains. You will design, develop, configure, and enhance SAP applications across ABAP, HANA, BTP, CPI, and MDG, while coordinating with global clients and teams.

The role covers migrations, upgrades, integrations, master data governance, and process improvements. A hybrid work setup in Cebu supports growth and certifications within a dynamic SAP environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Eng/Business or related field.
• 1–3 years SAP experience depending on role.
• Experience in S/4HANA, ECC, HANA, BTP, or cloud tech.
• Experience in migrations, upgrades, AMS, or production support.
• Knowledge of development standards, testing, quality, and security.
• Able to work with local and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance SAP applications and technical solutions across the SAP landscape.
• Develop and maintain applications using ABAP, ABAP OO, CDS Views, AMDP, SAP NetWeaver Gateway OData.
• Build and manage integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite, CPI/CPI-DS, APIs, REST/SOAP.
• Perform SAP Basis Administration, including monitoring, tuning, upgrades, transports, and troubleshooting.
• Design, optimize, and support SAP HANA Database solutions with performance tuning and data modeling.
• Conduct code reviews, testing (unit/integration), and support UAT and deployment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and keep systems stable.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and solution designs.
• Lead workshops, trainings, and knowledge transfer with stakeholders.

About the Role

As an SAP Professional, your duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

SAP Technical Roles (ABAP, Development, Basis, HANA DB, BTP Integration)

• Provide business and functional consulting support across SAP modules.
• Take part in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations, upgrades, and transformation projects.
• Create business blueprints, functional specifications, process designs, and gap analyses.
• Configure SAP solutions based on business and client requirements.
• Configure and support SAP MM Inventory Management, including goods movements, stock transfers, physical inventory, and inventory valuation.
• Implement and maintain SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions, including data models, change request workflows, data quality rules, and master data replication.
• Find process improvements, risks, dependencies, and ways to optimize.
• Support testing cycles, defect resolution, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Work with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver scalable SAP solutions.
• Lead workshops, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.

About You

The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:

• At least 1–3 years of SAP experience, depending on the role and level.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, SAP BTP, or SAP Cloud technologies.
• Experience in implementations, upgrades, migrations, rollouts, AMS, production support, or application support.
• Experience in SAP Functional, Technical, Integration, Master Data, Basis, or HANA-related roles.
• Knowledge of SAP development standards, testing, quality, and security practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work well with local and global stakeholders.
• Willing to work in Cebu under a hybrid work setup, depending on business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications (Role Dependent)

• SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration experience.
• SAP ABAP OO and RICEFW development.
• SAP CPI, BTP Integration, and API Management experience.
• SAP Basis upgrades and administration.
• SAP Finance or Supply Chain configuration experience.
