Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is hiring an SAP ABAP on HANA Developer to analyze, design, develop, and deploy SAP solutions supporting transformation initiatives for global clients. You will work with ABAP OO, S/4HANA, and HANA CDS/AMDP in agile teams, delivering scalable, high-performance applications while embracing innovation and continuous learning.

This role starts as early as October 2026 with a joining bonus up to ₱80,000 and offers day 1 HMO, training opportunities, and a global project

Qualifications

• 2+ years SAP ABAP development experience.
• 6 months+ hands-on SoH, S/4HANA, or SAP upgrade experience.
• Experience with RICEFW development.
• CDS Views, AMDP, SAP HANA or S/4HANA development experience.
• Strong ABAP OO knowledge and NetWeaver 7.5 features.
• Familiarity with SAP development standards and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and passionate about innovation, quality, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

Your Role

As an SAP ABAP on HANA Developer, you will analyze, design, develop, and deploy SAP solutions that support business objectives and enterprise transformation initiatives. • Develop SAP solutions using ABAP and ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (ABAP OO).

• Design and enhance applications within S/4HANA and SAP HANA environments.

• Minimum of 6 months of hands-on SAP Suite on HANA (SoH), S/4HANA, or SAP upgrade experience.

• Experience with RICEFW development.

• Hands-on experience with CDS Views, AMDP, SAP HANA, or S/4HANA development.

• Strong knowledge of ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and NetWeaver 7.5 features.

• Familiarity with SAP development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Self-motivated and passionate about innovation, quality, and continuous learning.
