Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an AES SAP PP-QM Manager to lead SAP supply chain and operations consulting projects, drive client outcomes, and mentor teams.

You will analyze client needs, implement SAP solutions, provide training, and ensure data integrity, budgeting, and collaboration with stakeholders across advisory, assurance, tax and business services. This role emphasizes leadership, innovation and delivering value through modernising digital core processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (minimum).
• 7–11 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Proficiency in oral and written English.

Responsibilities

• Leading SAP supply chain and operations consulting projects to optimize client processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Analyzing client needs and implementing SAP software solutions to support strategic objectives.
• Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications.
• Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to deliver successful outcomes.
• Coaching and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Utilizing data-driven insights to drive process improvements and cost management strategies.
