As an AES SAP PP-QM Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP supply chain and operations applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
• Utilizing data‑driven insights for supply chain optimization
