Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an experienced SAP CPI Manager to lead SAP software solutions for diverse client engagements. You will analyze requirements, install and configure SAP products, and deliver comprehensive training and support for seamless client operations.

In this role you will supervise and develop teams, mentor junior staff, and drive opportunities while upholding integrity and PwC values.

Qualifications

Must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
8–11 years of experience in SAP environments.
Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

Leading the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimise client operations
Analyzing client needs and developing tailored SAP configurations to meet strategic objectives
Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP applications
Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of SAP technology initiatives
Utilising SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to enhance data-driven decision-making processes
Promoting process improvement and optimisation within SAP environments
Mentoring team members to develop skills and encourage professional growth
Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders effectively
Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
