Job summary

SMITS, Inc. - IT Company of San Miguel Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant to analyze requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

You will configure SAP PP modules, support end-to-end implementations, and collaborate with MM, SD, QM, PM, and EWM teams. You will also design production planning processes, create doc guides, and provide end-user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT / CS / IE or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an SAP PP Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of Production Planning (PP), MRP, and integration with MM/SD/QM/PM/EWM.
• Experience with SAP implementation lifecycle (ASAP/Activate/Agile).
• Ability to create functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate into SAP PP functional specs.
• Configure and customize SAP PP modules based on needs.
• Support end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements.
• Design and maintain production planning processes: MRP, Demand and Capacity planning.
• Work with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, QM, WM/EWM, PM).
• Conduct testing (system, integration, UAT) and develop docs/user guides.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing production support.
• Ensure SAP solutions align with business objectives and best practices.
