Job summary

GECO Asia Pte Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP PP/SCM Consultant to design, implement, and improve SAP Supply Chain Planning solutions with a focus on SAP Production Planning (PP). You will work with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, standardized processes while supporting project delivery and process optimization.

You will collaborate across teams, lead SAP implementations and enhancements, and ensure consistency across planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/engineering or related field.
• 5+ years SAP SCM/PP consulting experience.
• Experience with global stakeholders and SAP PP configuration/design.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support SAP PP and Supply Chain Planning solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Lead and support SAP implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Ensure consistency across SAP SC Planning processes and cross-functional integrations.
• Manage change requests, project activities, testing, and deployment support.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution across SAP PP processes.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external partners to deliver successful outcomes.
• Promote best practices, process standardization, and knowledge sharing.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP / SCM Consultant to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP Supply Chain Planning solutions, with a strong focus on SAP Production Planning (PP). The successful candidate will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and standardized supply chain processes while supporting project delivery, process optimization, and system enhancements.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of SAP consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning and Production Planning environments
• Experience working with global business and IT stakeholders
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Production Planning (SAP PP)
• Experience in end-to-end SAP PP implementations, enhancements, and support projects
• Strong expertise in SAP PP configuration and solution design
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain Planning (SCM) and manufacturing processes
• Experience supporting process improvements, business requirements gathering, and solution delivery
• Hands-on experience with ABAP debugging and technical troubleshooting
