As a SAP Basis Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will work within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
