Job summary

One Mobility is seeking a payroll and HR operations specialist to manage daily payroll transactions, ensure accurate employee compensation, and serve as the liaison with Corporate for SAP reporting and updates.

You will handle benefits administration, support inquiries on payroll concepts, participate in audits, and drive process improvements through automation and efficiency initiatives, while ensuring compliance with labor and tax regulations across applicable jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of payroll systems (SAP) and accounting integration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and payroll income tax (ISR).
• Understanding of labor and tax legislation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain daily employee payroll transactions and personnel incidents for accurate payroll processing and employee compensation.
• Serve as the primary contact with Corporate regarding SAP system reporting, maintenance, and updates.
• Provide internal customer service by resolving employee inquiries related to payroll concepts, deductions, and pay statements.
• Administer, monitor, and apply employee benefits offered by the company.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to Accounting and Social Security compliance.
• Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives and process automation projects to enhance payroll and HR operations.
