Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP MM Application Support Analyst to provide functional support for SAP Materials Management with a focus on Inventory Management.

The role involves investigating and resolving issues to ensure SAP solutions remain stable and performs optimally across business processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance, support daily operations, and drive continuous improvements while adhering to best practices and governance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) applications.
• MUST HAVE: Experience in at least 1 full life-cycle implementation.
• Strong expertise in SAP MM Inventory Management.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes and inventory control.
• Experience with SAP integration and data management.
• Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving SAP MM issues.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• STRICTLY Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support for SAP MM with a focus on Inventory Management processes.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP MM issues and user-reported incidents promptly.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
• Analyze system behavior, identify root causes, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to resolve concerns.
• Support SAP integration processes ensuring data accuracy across systems.
• Share knowledge through sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Develop and document application support procedures and system management practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to boost reliability and efficiency.
• Work independently while participating in team discussions and problem-solving.
