Job summary

GECO Asia is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support and enhance our SAP ECC6 AFS environment. You will analyze business requirements, design and configure SAP FICO solutions, and provide ongoing functional support to ensure system performance and process efficiency.

The role requires strong functional expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to work with stakeholders to deliver effective SAP solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.
Strong experience supporting and configuring SAP ECC6 AFS environments.
Proven experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and production support.
Experience in functional documentation, test planning, and user training.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Must be willing to work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home) in Filinvest, Alabang.
Must be willing to work mid shift.
Must have a stable internet connection at home for remote work arrangements.

Responsibilities

Provide functional support for SAP FICO in SAP ECC6 AFS environments.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and recommend appropriate system solutions.
Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer and business requirements.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.
Map business processes, requirements, and objectives to SAP FICO functionalities.
Design, customize, configure, and test SAP FICO solutions to meet business needs.
Identify system gaps, issues, and workarounds while recommending sustainable solutions.
Prepare and maintain functional specifications, design documents, test cases, and test results.
Proactively identify opportunities for business process improvements and system enhancements.
Provide consulting services for both new SAP implementations and ongoing support projects.
Deliver ad hoc user training and functional support as required.
Act as the primary liaison with clients and stakeholders for issue resolution, troubleshooting, and problem analysis.
Investigate, analyze, and resolve software and system-related issues in a timely manner.
