Job summary

Sopra Steria USA in Noida (India) seeks a seasoned SAP MM/PM consultant with 4–6 years of experience to gather requirements, map processes, and drive agile delivery in S4/HANA environments.

You will translate business needs into user stories, validate data, and support cross-functional teams through BAT/UAT, ensuring high-quality deliverables and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/MCA or similar.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder facilitation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate business needs into user stories & acceptance criteria.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog management.
• Basic SQL/data validation skills and familiarity with test management tools.
• Hands-on experience in system testing, BAT, UAT, data migration validation and test data creation.
• Proven track record of reviewing and testing user stories and supporting development teams.
• Experience in cross-functional Scrum teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Exposure to process improvement initiatives and helping customers select optimal processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, map processes in SAP MM within S4 HANA.
• Facilitate stakeholders and translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams and manage backlog.
• Perform data validation, testing activities including BAT and UAT.
• Review user stories and support development teams during delivery.
• Contribute to process improvements for client projects.
