Job summary

Capgemini Philippines Corp. is seeking a proactive Project Manager to coordinate internal resources and third parties for multiple projects in Manila. You will ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget, define project scope with stakeholders, and monitor progress with detailed plans.

Strong communication and organizational abilities are required. Experience with project management software and a PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in project management.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• PM/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure performance using project management tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Meet with clients to take detailed briefs and clarify requirements.
• Delegate tasks based on team strengths and experience.
• Track project performance to achieve goals.
• Meet budget objectives and adjust constraints as needed.
• Develop detailed project plans to share with clients and staff.
• Develop leadership skills and perform related duties as assigned.
• Create spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.

Your Profile:

• Proven working experience in project management
