Job summary

Stafflink Express is seeking an SAP Master Data Management Lead Consultant to design, implement, and govern robust SAP MDM solutions across corporate domains. The role requires strong autonomy, leadership, and the ability to challenge clients on data strategy and governance.

The candidate will oversee data mapping, migrations, and integration between SAP and legacy systems, while guiding regional teams and mentoring junior analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables in line with corporate SLAs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP Master Data Management experience with significant experience in complex SAP environments.
• Strong governance experience.
• Autonomy and leadership with ability to challenge and advise clients.
• Hands-on experience in automation, industrialization and optimization of Master Data processes.
• Good understanding of business requirements beyond a purely technical SAP approach.

About the role

SAP Master Data Management Lead Consultant responsible for designing, implementing, and governing robust SAP Master Data Management solutions across corporate domains. This senior/lead profile role requires significant experience in complex SAP environments with proven autonomy, leadership capability, and the ability to challenge and advise clients on data strategy and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and govern robust SAP Master Data Management solutions across corporate domains (e.g., Material, Customer, Vendor, and Finance master data)

• Establish data quality rules, validation processes, and workflows to ensure absolute data consistency, compliance, and accuracy across enterprise environments

• Oversee data mapping, migrations, and integration pipelines between SAP and third-party legacy systems

• Work hand-in-hand with regional business leaders, developers, and global clients to gather operational requirements and align them with SAP best practices

• Guide and mentor junior data analysts and developers, ensuring quality standards are continually met in accordance with corporate service-level metrics

About you

• 7+ years of SAP Master Data Management experience with significant experience in complex SAP environments

• SAP Governance experience required

• Strong autonomy, leadership and ability to challenge and advise the client

• Proven hands-on experience in automation, industrialization and optimization of Master Data processes

• Strong understanding of business requirements, with the ability to go beyond a purely technical SAP approach

• Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, and data-related challenges associated with transformation and migration projects
