Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller for its Quezon City operations. The role requires at least three years in inventory control and warehousing within manufacturing, handling RM, WIP, FG, BOM, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.

You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Production and Warehouse teams, apply MRP parameters and KPI measures, and use SAP ECC/S/4HANA or Oracle ERP, Power BI and Advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Inventory Control and Warehousing in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing RM, WIP, FG, BOM, cycle counts, physical inventory and stock reconciliation.
• Knowledge of MRP parameters, inventory accounting, internal inventory controls, inventory KPIs, and E&O processes.
• Proficient in SAP ECC/S/4HANA or Oracle ERP, Power BI, and Advanced Excel, with strong analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City and can start immediately.
