Our Clients is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to lead governance and control across stores, commissaries, and warehouse operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory control or related areas.
• Experience in FMCG/food manufacturing/retail/warehouse/3PL is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP or similar inventory systems.
• Strong knowledge of reconciliation, valuation, and movement controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control across warehouses, commissaries, and retail operations to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor all inventory transactions: receiving, transfers, production issuances, adjustments, returns, disposals.
• Maintain data integrity in SAP ERP and post inventories accurately.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, annual, and cycle counts with proper documentation.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze shrinkage, spoilage, wastage, and losses; recommend improvements.
• Ensure FIFO and FEFO practices are followed.
• Prepare variance reports and analyses for management.
