Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller in Mandaluyong City to oversee inventory accuracy, movement compliance, and reconciliations across warehouses and store operations. You will ensure proper controls, accurate system transactions, and timely resolution of discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory control/management.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, restaurant, retail, distribution, warehouse, or 3PL operations.
• Hands-on experience using SAP ERP, SAP Business One, WMS, or other inventory management systems.
• Strong understanding of inventory reconciliation, stock movement controls, variance analysis, and inventory governance.
• Experience handling physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory movements, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely inventory transactions within SAP ERP or other systems.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and investigate discrepancies, variances, and errors.
• Support cycle counts and audits to maintain accuracy.
• Analyze shrinkage, spoilage, wastage, and losses and suggest corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, Procurement, Finance and Logistics teams to resolve issues.
• Conduct regular visits to warehouses, commissaries, and stores to validate controls.
• Assist audits with complete and accurate inventory documentation.
