Job summary

SAP Fioneer is seeking an experienced FP&A/ FPSL specialist for a role based in Mexico. You will advise on financial and performance management processes within SAP projects and independently lead sub-projects.

You will drive FPSL enhancements on SAP S/4HANA or S/4HANA Cloud for Insurance clients, collaborate across SAP topics, and act as FPSL expert for clients and colleagues in a dynamic, global team. This position offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced, startup-style culture,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of finance/performance management experience in SAP projects.
• Experience with FPSL on S/4HANA or S/4HANA Cloud for Insurance.
• Strong knowledge of SAP business processes and SAP solutions.
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and learn quickly.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, initiative and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support SAP Fioneer in financial and performance management processes and independently manage sub-projects.
• Assist in requirements analysis, design and implementation of customized financial/performance management processes using agile and traditional methods.
• Drive FPSL solutions with S/4HANA or S/4HANA Cloud for Insurance clients and related integrations.
• Provide cross-SAP support and serve as FPSL expert for clients and colleagues.

Job location

For this role you can work anywhere in Mexico, with willingness to travel to meet the team on-site from time to time in Mexico City.

About The Role

• You advise and support SAP Fioneer in all relevant financial and performance management processes and independently manage sub-projects
• Using both agile and traditional project methods, you assist in requirements analysis, design, and implementation of customized financial and performance management processes
• You drive innovative solutions in the areas of Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) with S/4HANA or integration possibilities for S/4HANA Cloud solutions
• Additionally, you provide support in cross-SAP topics and serve as an FPSL expert for clients and colleagues

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of solid professional experience in the fields of finance, accounting, or performance management within the SAP project environment
• Experience with Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) with S/4HANA or integration possibilities for S/4HANA Cloud solutions, specifically for Insurance clients.
• You possess excellent knowledge of business processes and have experience in the application or design of SAP solutions
• You have a quick grasp of concepts and enthusiastically delve into new subject areas
• Your strong communication skills, initiative, and ability to work in a team set you apart
• Excellent English language skills (oral and written)
