The role emphasizes independent work, project leadership, audit support, and process improvements within finance teams.

The candidate should combine strong accounting fundamentals with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to drive efficiencies across systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Experience in accounting and financial reporting environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and expense allocations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and control procedures.
• Support IFRS and regulatory reporting activities.
• Prepare internal and regulatory reports and filings.
• Analyze accounting impacts of system changes and process enhancements.
• Develop business requirements and support SAP enhancement initiatives.
• Participate in system testing and validation activities.
• Develop balancing routines and exception reporting processes.
• Support audits and lead ad-hoc initiatives independently.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Analyst II to support complex accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, process improvements, and financial systems initiatives.

This role is suited for an accounting professional who can work independently, lead projects, support audits, perform testing activities, and partner with multiple stakeholders to improve accounting processes and strengthen financial controls.

The ideal candidate combines strong accounting fundamentals with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to identify operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and expense allocations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
• Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations and control procedures
• Support IFRS and MFRS reporting activities
• Prepare internal and regulatory reports and filings
• Analyze accounting impacts of system changes and process enhancements
• Develop business requirements and support SAP enhancement initiatives
• Participate in system testing and validation activities
• Develop balancing routines and exception reporting processes
• Support internal and external audit requests
• Lead special projects and ad-hoc initiatives independently
• Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4-6 years of accounting experience
• Strong experience with:

• Journal Entries

• Month-End Close
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Internal Controls
• Audit Support
• Experience performing testing and validating system changes
• Advanced English communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Preferred
