ROLE DESCRIPTION: Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

TO QUALIFY:

• Experience and knowledge in:
• GL/AR/AP/AA/BL and Taxation
• CO (COPA/CCA/PCA/IO/)
• FICO integration with SD and MM
• Experience in Support framework in terms of promoting changes to production and its corresponding methodology including documentations (Test Plans, Test Scripts, etc.)
• Experience in debugging for functional (for internal: this will help since Richemont has many Custom Programs)
