Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking an experienced SAP Finance Specialist to support finance-driven transformation initiatives in Singapore. The role focuses on SAP, MES, and SuccessFactors implementations, ensuring that finance requirements are met and data integrity is maintained across the program.

You will serve as the liaison between finance, project teams, and system implementors, lead finance module configuration and testing, and deliver end-user training while coordinating cross-functionally

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of SAP implementation experience with a focus on finance modules.
• Finance/accounting background with deep understanding of financial processes and reporting.
• Experience in large-scale system migrations or enterprise transformations.
• Experience with SuccessFactors and MES implementations.
• Professional SAP certification.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in manufacturing or repair/overhaul environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between finance, project team and system implementor for SAP, MES, and SuccessFactors.
• Analyze and document current finance business processes, identifying areas for improvement within the new system landscape.
• Lead the design, configuration, and testing of SAP finance modules (e.g., FICO - Financial Accounting and Controlling).
• Ensure accurate and seamless data migration from legacy systems to new platforms, with a focus on financial data integrity.
• Develop and deliver training materials, and conduct training sessions for finance end-users.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues related to the new systems post-implementation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and integration of financial processes.
