Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a SAP Finance Manager to lead delivery of SAP finance solutions for a diversified client portfolio. You will analyze requirements, implement SAP finance applications, and mentor junior staff while ensuring project success and adherence to standards.

You will leverage SAP FI, SAP FICO, and Central Finance expertise to optimize financial processes, improve reporting, and support strategic objectives across global teams within our Digital Core Modernisation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–11 years of SAP/finance experience required.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).

As a SAP Finance Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will enable clients to optimize financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
