Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a SAP PMO Senior Associate to oversee large-scale SAP implementations, partnering with business leaders, PMs and technical teams to define objectives and plans across geographies.

You will manage resources, monitor progress, and coordinate multiple projects to enable successful SAP delivery, applying Agile methods and clear communication to drive client value and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 to 8 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

As a SAP PMO Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing large-scale SAP implementation projects, working closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of SAP solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear.
