Job summary

Deloitte Philippines is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead SAP Finance hypercare and post-go-live support, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure rapid issue resolution and business stabilization.

You will drive governance, manage defects, and plan the transition to operations, with hybrid work and onsite collaboration at Makati City twice a week. Strong SAP experience and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in IT or Accounting; other degrees considered.
• 5+ years SAP support experience with Finance/Controlling.
• Proven leadership of SAP Finance hypercare and post-go-live activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Finance hypercare command center across multiple teams for rapid issue resolution.
• Manage hypercare governance and reporting to PMO and sponsors.
• Drive defect and issue resolution for SAP Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, AA, Treasury, etc.).
• Monitor stabilization and readiness of financial processes during hypercare.
• Plan and execute transition from hypercare to operations with knowledge transfer.

Work you will do

• Lead and orchestrate the SAP Finance hypercare command center, coordinating daily triage activities across Finance functional teams, technical teams, integration teams, AMS support, and business stakeholders to ensure rapid resolution of post go-live issues.
• Manage hypercare governance and reporting, including tracking incidents, defects, risks, workarounds, service levels, and stabilization metrics, while providing regular status updates and executive reports to the PMO, project leadership, and business sponsors.
• Drive defect and issue resolution for SAP Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, AA, Treasury, etc.) by prioritizing critical business impacts, coordinating SMEs and technical teams, and ensuring timely closure of production issues.
• Monitor business stabilization and operational readiness, validating that key financial transactions, interfaces, reconciliations, controls, reporting, and month-end activities operate successfully during the hypercare period and that business disruption is minimized.
• Plan and execute the transition from hypercare to operations, ensuring knowledge transfer to AMS/support teams, completion of outstanding actions, handover of documentation, and formal sign-off that stabilization objectives have been achieved.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology or Accounting is preferred. Other degree holders will also be considered.
• At least 5 years of SAP support experience with good familiarity with the different functional areas of Finance and Controlling
• Proven experience leading SAP Finance hypercare and post-go-live support activities for large-scale SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementation programs, ensuring successful business stabilization
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent customer focus and results-orientation
• Experience in global team collaboration, in a multi-cultural environment
