Job summary

Deloitte Consulting Philippines Delivery Center is seeking an experienced SAP Finance Consultant to join our team in Manila. You will lead end-to-end Real Estate Management (RE-FX) implementations, map business processes to SAP, and collaborate with global teams.

The role offers a hybrid work setup, onsite in Makati City twice a week, with strong training and mentoring opportunities and a focus on delivering value to clients and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of SAP end-to-end project implementation experience in Flexible Real Estate Management.
• Experience in Lease Management, Lease Accounting, Service Charge Settlement and design/build of these areas.
• Ability to design solutions based on standard SAP functionalities and propose a strategy if a custom solution is needed.
• Good foundation in Agile processes & tools a plus.
• Excellent focus and detailed orientation on customer-specific business requirements.
• Competitive analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience in global team collaboration in a multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and troubleshoot SAP RE-FX solutions.
• Map business processes and reporting requirements to SAP RE-FX and FI/CO integration.
• Run blueprint workshops and collaborate with global teams.
• Work in a hybrid setup with onsite presence in Makati City twice a week.
• Provide high-quality deliverables and maintain stakeholder relationships.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

• Knowledgeable on Flexible Real Estate Management module in SAP
• With hands-on experience designing, configuring and troubleshooting RE-FX solutions.
• Familiar with relevant business processes: Real Estate Management, Contract Management, Lease Management and Integration to FI and CO
• Experience working on a green field implementation project is preferred.
• Ability to run Blueprint Workshop and should be able to map business processes and reporting requirements to SAP
• Good hands-on system capability and can independently develop good quality deliverables.
