Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IT or accounting or related field.
• 5+ years SAP support experience with Finance and Controlling.
• Experience leading SAP Finance hypercare and post-go-live support for large ECC or S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong communication and customer focus.
• Experience collaborating in global, multicultural teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead and orchestrate SAP Finance hypercare command center across multiple teams.
• Manage hypercare governance, incidents, risks, and reporting to PMO and sponsors.
• Drive issue resolution and prioritization of critical business impacts.
• Monitor stabilization, interfaces, reconciliations, controls, and month-end activities.
• Plan and execute transition from hypercare to operations with knowledge transfer.
