Job summary

INK IT Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) SME to support finance transformation and ongoing SAP S/4HANA operations across the ANZ region. You will configure, support, and optimize SAP FICO processes to ensure smooth financial operations.

The role requires strong GL, AP, AR and FSCM expertise, with excellent stakeholder management and a collaborative approach. You will work closely with MM/P2P teams and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP ERP with S/4HANA.
• Strong expertise in SAP FICO and finance processes.

• We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support finance transformation and ongoing SAP S/4HANA operations across the ANZ region. The role involves configuration, support, process optimization, and integration across SAP finance modules, ensuring smooth business operations and continuous improvement aligned with SAP best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, support, and enhance SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) processes.
• Work extensively on core finance areas including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Financial Accounting.
• Provide expertise in FSCM, including Credit Management and Cash Management processes.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.
• Implement SAP best practices to streamline finance operations and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP integration issues across finance and related modules.
• Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and ensure system meets business requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance through quality assurance activities.
• Manage changes in SAP Finance configurations and coordinate with technical and functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to organizational change management policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Work closely with other SAP functional teams to ensure seamless integration (especially MM and P2P processes).
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous process improvements.
• Support banking and financial integrations and related sub-module processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP ERP systems, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO).
• Good knowledge of SAP Fiori applications in finance.
• Strong understanding of Financial Accounting processes (GL, AP, AR).
• Exposure to SAP FSCM, Credit Management, and Cash Management.
• Experience in SAP P2P processes, including MM integration.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and applications such as SAP Ariba and SAP Concur.
• Experience with data analytics tools such as SAP BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of reporting and financial analytics best practices.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Exposure to banking integrations and cross-module SAP finance landscapes.
