Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. in Manila invites experienced SAP FICO Consultants to join a major ERP migration project for a global organization.

We seek two specialists, one in SAP FI and one in SAP CO, to drive requirements, testing, data validation, deployment, Go-Live and Hypercare support. Responsibilities cover end-to-end migration from SAP Tempo P80 (R3) to SAP LEAN (HANA), URS/UAT, data validation, issue resolution, and training for Finance users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years hands-on experience as SAP FICO Consultant.
• Strong specialization in either SAP FI – 1 position; or SAP CO – 1 position.
• Must have participated in at least 2 SAP migration projects.
• Proven experience supporting SAP implementation, migration, deployment, or transformation projects.
• Experience in UAT, testing, data validation, and migration activities.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
• Willing to work Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
• Willing to render additional hours of up to 3 hours when required during Go-Live.

Responsibilities

• Participate in User Requirements Specification (URS), UAT, testing, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Perform data validation and sanity checks before and after migration.
• Identify, investigate, and support the resolution of data and system issues during the migration.
• Provide functional expertise in SAP FI or SAP CO, depending on specialization.
• For SAP FI: support Finance/Financial Accounting processes and related SAP FI activities.
• For SAP CO: support Controlling processes, particularly Product Costing, Management Accounting, and Finance Master Data.
• Support deployment activities and ensure project deliverables are completed according to established timelines.
• Provide Go-Live support and assist in resolving issues during the Hypercare period.
• Conduct or support end-user training for Finance users, including members of the General Ledger team.
• Collaborate with the ERP Project Manager, Finance Business Process Experts (BPEs), and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor and address project issues to help ensure a smooth Go-Live without major disruptions to Finance operations.
• Prepare and submit regular project/activity reports as required.

We are looking for experienced SAP FICO Consultants to support a major ERP deployment and migration project for a global organization. The project involves the migration of North American legal entities from SAP Tempo P80 (R3) to SAP LEAN (HANA) as part of the organization's global IT and ERP roadmap.

We are hiring two SAP FICO Consultants, with one specializing in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and another specializing in SAP CO (Controlling). The successful candidates will play a key role throughout the migration lifecycle, from requirements gathering and testing through data validation, deployment, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live Hypercare support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end SAP ERP migration and deployment from SAP Tempo P80 (R3) to SAP LEAN (HANA).

  • SAP CO (Controlling) – 1 position.

• Proven experience supporting SAP implementation, migration, deployment, or transformation projects.

• Experience in UAT, testing, data validation, and migration activities.

• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.

• Willing to work Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM.

• Willing to render additional hours of up to 3 hours when required, particularly during critical periods leading to Go-Live.

Preferred Experience

For SAP FI Consultant:

• Strong knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting processes.

For SAP CO Consultant:

• Strong knowledge of SAP Controlling processes.
