Job summary

SAPExperts Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP FI Consultant to help migrate and implement SAP S/4HANA. You will support finance activities through the project lifecycle, validate requirements, assist with data migration, testing, training, and go-live support.

The role requires hands-on experience in SAP FI processes, migration projects, and effective stakeholder management, with 2–3 onsite days weekly in BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field.
• Relevant experience as an SAP FI Consultant.
• Strong understanding of SAP Financial Accounting processes.
• Experience in SAP implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience in requirements analysis, testing, UAT, and data validation.
• Experience supporting deployment and go-live activities.
• Willingness to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City 2–3 times per week.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP FI-related activities throughout the ERP migration and implementation project.
• Review and validate Finance business requirements and proposed SAP solutions.
• Participate in solution validation and proof-of-concept activities.
• Prepare and execute UAT and functional testing, including issue resolution.
• Perform data validation and support Finance-related migration activities.
• Validate migrated data for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Finance users and stakeholders to address issues.
• Support SAP security and role validation activities relevant to Finance.
• Prepare training materials and conduct end-user training for Finance processes.
• Support deployment activities and go-live assistance.
• Provide hypercare support and issue resolution.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP FI Consultant to support a major ERP migration and implementation initiative involving the transition to SAP S/4HANA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Finance‑related activities throughout the project lifecycle, including solution validation, testing, data migration, deployment, user training, and post‑go‑live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP FI‑related activities throughout the ERP migration and implementation project.

• Review and validate Finance business requirements and proposed SAP solutions.

• Participate in solution validation and proof‑of‑concept activities.

• Prepare and execute UAT and functional testing, including identifying and resolving issues.

• Perform data validation and support Finance‑related migration activities.

• Validate migrated data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.

• Coordinate with Finance users and project stakeholders to address functional issues.

• Support SAP security and role validation activities relevant to the Finance function.

• Prepare training materials and conduct end‑user training for Finance processes.

• Support deployment activities and provide functional assistance during go‑live.

• Provide timely support during the hypercare period, including investigation and resolution of Finance‑related issues.

• Maintain project documentation and provide status updates on assigned deliverables.

• Work closely with the project team and business stakeholders to ensure successful completion of Finance deliverables.
