GECO Asia is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant/Developer to design, implement, configure, and support SAP Finance and Controlling solutions. Qualifications

• 6–10 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience.
• Experience in multiple full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP FI and CO processes.
• Experience with SAP configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP FICO implementations, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions.
• Configure and support SAP FI modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting.
• Configure and support SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, CO-PA, Product Costing.
• Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot SAP FICO-related solutions where technical development is required.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and provide UAT support.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, and ABAP to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities within SAP.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, system performance, and overall business efficiency.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure SAP solutions align with business requirements and industry best practices.
