Job summary

GyanSys is seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with at least 5 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA FICO. The role involves translating functional requirements into technical solutions, handling incidents, service requests, enhancements, and projects as part of the support team.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement (2 days/week at Mandaluyong office) with possible transition to remote work after onboarding. Immediate joiners are prioritized.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting).
• Configuring global settings and enterprise structure within S/4HANA; automate account determination (FI-MM).
• Gathering requirements and mapping to SAP best practices to design workflows.
• Designing and executing Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT.
• Resolving support tickets and performing system updates; ensuring month-end and year-end closes.
• Creating functional specs, user manuals, and providing end-user training.
• Ensuring seamless data flow between FICO and MM/SD/PP modules.

Responsibilities

Job description

GyanSys seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with at least 5 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA FICO modules. The candidate will have strong SAP technical skills and have exposure to latest S/4 technologies. This role requires the ability to understand and translate requirements from the functional areas into effective technical solutions. The candidate will be part of the support team and will handle, incident tickets, service request, enhancements and projects.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days per week at the client's Mandaluyong office). The onsite requirement can be reduced or transitioned to fully remote once you are fully adjusted to the role. Immediate joiners will be prioritized.

Key Requirements for SAP FICO Consultant:

• Has a deep knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting).
• Configuring global settings, enterprise structure, and automating account determination (e.g., in FI-MM integration) within S/4HANA
• Gathering requirements, analyzing current financial processes, and mapping them to SAP best practices to design efficient workflows.
• Designing and executing Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system reliability.
• Resolving support tickets, performing system updates, and ensuring accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Creating functional specifications, user manuals, and providing training to end-users.
• Ensuring seamless data flow between FICO and other modules like Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP)
