GECO Asia is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant/Developer to design, implement, configure, and support SAP Finance and Controlling solutions. Responsibilities

Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP FICO implementations, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions.
Configure and support SAP FI modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting.
Configure and support SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, CO-PA, Product Costing.
Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot SAP FICO-related solutions where technical development is required.
Perform system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and provide UAT support.
Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
Prepare functional and technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, and ABAP to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities within SAP.
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, system performance, and overall business efficiency.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure SAP solutions align with business requirements and industry best practices.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant / Developer to design, implement, configure, and support SAP Finance and Controlling solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience with SAP configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
Knowledge of SAP integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
For the Developer track, experience with ABAP development, debugging, enhancements, reports, interfaces, and SAP FICO-related customizations is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
