Job summary

Deloitte Consulting Philippines Delivery Center is seeking a SAP Finance Senior Consultant with 8+ years in SAP RE-FX and Flexible Real Estate Management. You will design, configure, and integrate RE-FX with FI/CO, lead blueprint sessions, and advise on standard vs. custom solutions in a global, multi-cultural team.

The role offers a hybrid work setup with onsite presence in Makati twice weekly, competitive training, and career mentoring within a leading consultancy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP end-to-end project implementation experience in Flexible Real Estate Management.
• Experience in Lease Management, Lease Accounting, Serviice Charge Settlement and design/build of these areas.
• Ability to design solutions based on standard SAP functionalities with potential custom solutions.
• Good foundation in Agile processes & tools.
• Excellent focus on customer-specific requirements and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in a global, multi-cultural team.

Responsibilities

• Lead blueprint workshops and map business processes to SAP RE-FX and related modules.
• Configure and troubleshoot RE-FX solutions with integration to FI/CO.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver end-to-end SAP implementations.
• Provide strategic guidance on standard versus custom solutions.
• Develop high-quality deliverables and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• 8+ years of SAP end-to-end project implementation experience in Flexible Real Estate Management
• Experience in Lease Management, Lease Accounting, Serviice Charge Settlement and gone through the Design and Build of these areas
• Ability to design solutions based on standard SAP functionalities and able to provide expertise on proposing a strategy should custom solution be needed.
• Good foundation in Agile processes & tools a plus
• Excellent focus and detailed orientation on customer-specific business requirements
• Competitive analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Experience in global team collaboration in a multi-cultural environment

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

• Knowledgeable on Flexible Real Estate Management module in SAP
• With hands-on experience designing, configuring and troubleshooting RE-FX solutions.
• Familiar with relevant business processes: Real Estate Management, Contract Management, Lease Management and Integration to FI and CO
• Experience working on a green field implementation project is preferred.
• Ability to run Blueprint Workshop and should be able to map business processes and reporting requirements to SAP
• Good hands-on system capability and can independently develop good quality deliverables.
