Job summary

SAPExperts Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP RE-FX Consultant to support SAP Real Estate Management configurations, enhancements, and business requirements. This project-based engagement has a minimum duration of six months, with potential extensions depending on project needs.

The consultant will configure and support RE-FX, analyze real estate requirements, support lease management, contracts, and related processes, and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring SAP RE-FX Real Estate Management.
• Experience in project-based engagements with a minimum duration.
• Ability to translate real estate business requirements into RE-FX solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP RE-FX based on business requirements.
• Analyze and translate real estate business requirements into SAP RE-FX solutions.
• Support real estate processes such as lease management, rental agreements, property management, and contract administration.
• Configure real estate master data, business entities, contracts, conditions, and related settings.
• Support integration between SAP RE-FX and other SAP modules, particularly FI/CO.
• Assist with functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for system enhancements and custom developments.
• Conduct configuration, unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Prepare functional documentation and user guides as required.
• Coordinate with business users and project stakeholders to ensure requirements are properly addressed.
• Support deployment, go-live activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
