Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead solution design and requirements assessment throughout project implementation, from planning to cutover.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure alignment with system design.
• Develop and maintain solution documentation, and ensure accuracy of configurations and deployments.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, production issue resolution, and post-go-live activities including user training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure compliance with standards while providing progress updates to leads.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT support, business analysis, or finance/accounting operations
• Minimum of 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP FICO project delivery and/or operations
• Proven experience in full‑cycle SAP implementation (solutioning, blueprinting, up to hyper care and post‑go live support)
• Strong expertise in IFRS16 configuration, processes, and reporting compliance
• Experience in SAP REFX including data migration, workflow management, and business processes (required)
• Knowledge of other SAP modules such as IM, PS, FSCM, TRM, SD, MM, or SAP Group Reporting is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently
• Eagerness to learn and expand technical expertise
• Willing to work in Hybrid set‑up and in project‑based employment
