Job summary

BNEXT INC. in Makati, Philippines, seeks an experienced SAP RE-FX Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP Flexible Real Estate Management solutions. You will work with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end SAP RE-FX projects and ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules.

The role requires hands-on experience with full-cycle RE-FX implementations, lease management, and compliance with IFRS 16 and ASC 842, along with strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• SAP certification in RE-FX or related modules is advantageous.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience with global or regional SAP implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• With proven experience in at least one full-cycle SAP RE-FX implementation project from requirements to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to real estate and lease management.
• Configure and customize SAP RE-FX to meet business requirements, including lease contract management and rent calculations.
• Ensure compliance with lease accounting standards such as IFRS 16 and ASC 842.
• Integrate SAP RE-FX with SAP FI, CO, AA, PS, and other modules; perform UAT and defect resolution.
• Prepare functional specs, process documents, and end-user training materials.
• Support data migration, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business users to deliver SAP solutions.

We are seeking an experienced SAP RE-FX Consultant to join our SAP team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, deliver end-to-end SAP RE-FX solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Responsibilities

• With proven experience in at least one full-cycle, end-to-end SAP RE-FX implementation project, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to real estate and lease
• management.
• Configure and customize SAP RE-FX to meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and support lease contract management, rental agreements, property master data, and rent calculations.
• Ensure compliance with lease accounting standards such as IFRS 16 and ASC 842.
• Integrate SAP RE-FX with SAP FI, CO, Asset Accounting (AA), Project System (PS), and other relevant SAP modules.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and end-user training materials.
• Support data migration, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical consultants, and business users to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• SAP certification in RE-FX, S/4HANA Finance, or related SAP modules is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience working with global or regional implementation projects
