Job summary

Lennor Group in Makati is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Specialist to drive SAP EWM implementations within a hybrid work setup. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality configurations, testing, and documentation aligned to SAP standards.

You will lead Fit-to-Standard workshops, engage with stakeholders, and ensure timely project milestones with SAP expertise. A strong background in EWM, S/4HANA, WRICEF objects, and Fiori is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects, preferably involving SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong experience in preparing and managing SAP WRICEF objects, particularly interface‑related objects.
• Ability to set up, configure, and activate relevant SAP Fiori applications based on SAP EWM module requirements and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Execute all project implementation activities in accordance with the PMO standards and processes.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of all required project deliverables outlined in the PMO Charter and SOW.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops during Explore phase for SAP EWM alignment with business requirements.
• Configure, test, validate, and document SAP EWM solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all project implementation activities in accordance with the methodology, standards, and processes established by the Project Management Office (PMO).
• Ensure timely completion and submission of all required project deliverables outlined in the Project Charter and Statement of Work (SOW).
• Participate actively in all project-related meetings, workshops, discussions, and sessions, whether conducted virtually or face-to-face.
• Lead and facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops during the Explore phase, ensuring business requirements are properly assessed against standard SAP capabilities.
• Present and explain proposed solutions when required, providing clear rationale and recommendations based on SAP EWM expertise and industry experience.
• Follow and utilize all templates, documentation standards, and processes prescribed by the PMO.
• Configure, test, validate, and document SAP EWM solutions and related system components to ensure they meet approved business and technical requirements.
• Provide expert guidance, recommendations, and technical input based on extensive SAP EWM implementation experience.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and business users to support successful solution delivery and project implementation.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
