Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Senior SAP EWM Expert to lead warehouse processes within SAP EWM and support S/4HANA EWM implementations. You will collaborate with SAP and non-SAP teams and guide technical decisions across multiple project streams.

The role requires 5+ years of SAP experience, including 2 full end-to-end EWM cycles and strong IM/WM integration knowledge. Hybrid work arrangement with onsite presence as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP experience with strong SAP EWM expertise.
• At least 2 full end-to-end SAP EWM implementation cycles.
• Proven SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations including brownfield/greenfield.
• Hands-on SAP EWM configuration and implementation.
• Knowledge of SAP EWM processes and IM/WM integration.
• Experience in design, configuration, integration, testing and deployment.
• Ability to work with multiple teams in a global project environment.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP EWM and related warehouse management processes.

• Collaborate with teammates, other SAP and non-SAP teams, and client IT and business stakeholders to deliver project objectives.

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA EWM implementation projects, including brownfield and greenfield implementations.

• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key functional and technical decisions.

• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP EWM solutions.

• Provide solutions to functional and technical challenges affecting the immediate team and other project teams.

• Support solution design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

• Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders to meet project milestones.

• Work closely with SAP MM, IM, WM, and other relevant SAP teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse processes.

• Support the integration of SAP EWM with ERP and other enterprise systems.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend process and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and solution quality.

• Adhere to project standards and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery processes and product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant SAP experience, with strong expertise in SAP EWM.

• At least 2 full end-to-end SAP EWM implementation cycles.

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations, including brownfield or greenfield projects.

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM configuration and implementation.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM processes and their integration with enterprise resource planning systems.

• Strong understanding of SAP Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM).

• Experience in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into effective SAP EWM solutions.

• Experience in solution design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and deployment.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex functional and technical challenges.

• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders in a global project environment.

• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with SAP Inventory Management (IM) and SAP Warehouse Management (WM).

• Experience in Handling Unit (HU) Management.

• Experience with SAP EWM integration with SAP MM, IM, WM, and other relevant modules.

• Exposure to complex SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.

• Experience in warehouse process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Experience working with large-scale, global, or multi-team SAP environments.

• Shift Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid
