Overview

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities

• Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal). Individual should be able to drive discussions with cross geography counterparts
• MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Extensive experience in analysis, design, creating BBP, functional specification (FS), coordination with functional team, testing of new functionality or enhancements, preparing test plans and test scripts
• End-to-end delivery management experience of small to mid-size projects, mentoring and coaching skills, strong organizational and analytical abilities
• Knowledge of WRICEF objects; able to work on interfaces and enhancements along with test case documents and test plans
• Knowledge or hands-on experience on SAP S/4HANA and Fiori Apps
• Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment

Requirement:

• Minimum 8+ years of Implementation and Support experience across different industries and sectors with at least 2 end-to-end implementations in SAP S/4HANA (Scope, Design, Build & Test phases)
• Participate in business workshops, gather business requirements and propose TO BE processes as per best practices
• Very strong business process knowledge across SAP Core Functions - SD, MM, FI
• Perform root cause analysis and work with cross-module teams for resolution; thought leadership; managing multiple engagements

Must Have in Candidate

• Experience in SAP Customer, Supplier, Business Partner, Finance (General Ledger, Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders)
• Experience with Customer and Vendor Integration (CVI)
• Hands-on experience in IDOC, BAPI, LSMW
• Hands-on experience in LTMC, LTMOM
• Ability to interpret, configure and implement data mapping/transformation business rules into SAP BODS
