Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking an experienced SAP EWM specialist to provide application support and design technical solutions within a hybrid work environment at the Taguig project site (UT3, BGC Taguig). The role emphasizes investigation of incidents, service requests, and continuous improvement of SAP EWM processes.

The candidate should have 4+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet

Qualifications

• Proficient in SAP EWM and able to analyze complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SAP TM and SAP WM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support for SAP EWM – investigate and resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, and drive continuous improvements.
• Handle minor enhancements for the relevant SAP EWM solution.
• Perform system maintenance and monitoring activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including design specs, test plans, user manuals, knowledge articles, and SOPs.
• Ensure successful project delivery by tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigations.
• Must have SAP EWM; SAP TM is a plus.
• Good to have: SAP Transportation Management
