Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA specialist to support Extended Warehouse Management and Supply Chain projects. The role requires deep technical knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in SAP S/4HANA Private Editions and 2+ years in Public Editions, S/4HANA EWM certification, fluent English, strong ticketing and SLA experience, and demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4Hana Private Editions and 2+ years in S/4 Hana Public Editions in Extended Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Management.
• S/4 Hana Public or Private Edition EWM certification.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong support experience using ticketing tools and IRT, and SLA.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and training abilities, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing within teams.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with excellent problem-solving skills.
