Job summary

Fishr.Net Consulting invites an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to join our team in Mandaluyong, Philippines. You will oversee and execute data migration projects across master and transactional data, including at least one S/4HANA implementation since 2020, and coordinate mock loads, cutovers, and production go-lives.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of SAP data migration experience, strong knowledge of FICO/MM/HCM, and a track record in multi-store or multi-entity migrations.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of SAP data migration experience, including at least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation (2020 or later) as a Data Migration Lead or senior team member.
• Experience migrating master data (customer, vendor, material, asset, employee) and transactional/open-item data (AR/AP, asset values, inventory)
• Strong knowledge of at least 2 SAP functional areas, such as FICO, MM, or HCM
• Experience in mock loads, cutover rehearsals, and production cutover
• Retail, multi-store, or multi-entity data migration experience is highly preferred
