Job summary

Skill Quotient Technologies Inc seeks an experienced SAP Cloud ALM Consultant to define and implement operational governance and readiness across a future SAP landscape. The role focuses on establishing SAP Cloud ALM as the primary platform for monitoring and governance, aligned with SAP best practices and RI SE with SAP.

The consultant will support go-live readiness, post-go-live operations, and work with SAP teams to ensure a smooth transition into stable operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on SAP Cloud ALM experience.
• Experience in SAP Cloud ALM monitoring, alerts and operations.
• Background with SAP Solution Manager / Focused Run is a plus.
• Familiarity with RI SE with SAP and best-practice operating models.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA / S/4HANA Cloud.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Cloud ALM Consultant / SAP Technical Operations Consultant to support the definition and implementation of operational monitoring, governance and readiness across a future SAP landscape.

The consultant will help establish SAP Cloud ALM as the primary platform for operational monitoring, governance and operations readiness, aligned with SAP best practices and RISE with SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the use of SAP Cloud ALM for operational monitoring, including application, integration, job and business process monitoring.
• Define recommendations for health monitoring, alerts, event visibility and operational dashboards.
• Establish SAP Cloud ALM monitoring and alerting best practices for post-go-live operations.
• Define transport and change oversight, including SAP Cloud Transport Management visibility.
• Assess change and deployment governance across SAP BTP and S/4HANA environments.
• Support operational readiness for CI/CD-enabled SAP delivery and deployment flows.
• Define recommendations for security monitoring, logging, alerting and operational controls.
• Assess SIEM integration considerations for SAP environments.
• Provide operational oversight recommendations for SAP BTP services, including SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and other relevant services.
• Conduct current-state assessments, gap analysis and risk assessments.
• Recommend SAP best practices and define a target SAP Cloud ALM operating model.
• Support go-live and post-go-live operational readiness.
• Work with SAP technical, security, infrastructure, application and project teams to ensure a smooth transition from project delivery into stable operations.
• Provide documentation, recommendations and prioritized action plans for improving operational readiness.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM.
• Experience in SAP Cloud ALM monitoring, alerting and operations.
• Strong SAP Solution Manager / SAP Focused Run background will be considered.
• Experience with RISE with SAP and SAP best-practice operating models.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA / S/4HANA Cloud.
• Experience with SAP BTP operational support.
• Knowledge of SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Experience with SAP Cloud Transport Management (CTMS) or SAP transport/change management.
• Understanding of CI/CD and SAP deployment processes.
• Knowledge of SAP security monitoring, logging, alerting and operational controls.
• Understanding of SIEM integration concepts.
• Experience with go-live readiness, hypercare and transition to operations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in current-state assessment, gap analysis, risk assessment and best-practice recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
