Job summary

FOREST LAKE DEVELOPMENT, INC. in the Philippines seeks an SAP Analyst to manage SAPB1 settings, master data, licenses, user access, and backups while leveraging AWS or other cloud platforms.

The candidate will provide first‑level SAPB1 support and collaborate with ICT on hardware/software issues. Responsibilities include resolving SAPB1 issues, coordinating with consultants for escalation, performing data analysis, and maintaining SAPB1 documentation and forms.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in SAP related works.
• Expertise in RDBMS design and operation with strong knowledge of SQL.
• Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and security.
• Knowledge of AWS or other mainstream cloud computing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Will be assigned as SAPB1 Administrator to handle and monitor SAPB1 settings, master data, license distribution, user access, system document series, posting period closing, and database back-up.
• Provide first-level support to address SAPB1 users’ issues related to transactions, reports, system configuration, and setup.
• Collaborate with ICT Department in resolving SAPB1 technical, hardware, and software issues.
• Coordinate and discuss unresolved issues with the SAPB1 Consultant for second-level support.
• Execute queries for analysis of SAPB1 users as needed.
• Prepare/update SAPB1 forms, layouts, and reports; update SAPB1 work instructions.

FOREST LAKE DEVELOPMENT, INC. is actively seeking an efficient SAP Analyst who has a strong understanding of the operating systems, networking and security. The candidate is expected to have a full understanding in AWS or other mainstream cloud computing platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Will be assigned as SAPB1 Administrator to handle and monitor the SAPB1 general setting, master data, license distribution, user account access, system document series, posting period closing, and database back-up.


• To provide first-level support to address all SAPB1 users’ issues related to transactional, reports, system configuration, and system set-up.


• Collaborate with ICT Department in resolving SAPB1 technical, hardware, and software issues.


• Coordinate and discuss unresolved issues with the SAPB1 Consultant for second-level support.


• Execute query for analysis of SAPB1 users as needed.


• Prepare, customize and update SAPB1 form layout, reports,


• Prepare or update documentation on SAPB1 resolved and pending issues, and revise SAPB1 work instructions, if necessary.


• Monitor and summarize SAPB1 data entry scoring as a basis for evaluating all SAPB1 users.


• Identify, discuss, and document any recommendation, enhancement, or modification in the SAPB1 transactional process, and system set-up among others.

Job Qualifications

• Must have 1-3 years of experience in SAP related works


• Expertise in RDBMS design and operation with strong knowledge of SQL


• With a strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and security


• With knowledge in AWS or other mainstream cloud computing platforms


• Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement


• Ability to work with a group


• Must be fluent in English


• Authorized to work in the Philippines without any restrictions


• Knowledgeable in Financial Statement Preparation and budget set up in SAP


• With knowledge of all modules of SAP
